Due to Health and Hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of our products from the SEXTOY Section. Even if the toy has not been used, so please choose carefully.

All battery operated products are checked to be working before sent. If it is not working please make sure the batteries are in correct, if still not working we advise you try a different set of batteries. We recommend Alkaline batteries, especially for sex toys.

Exchange Policy
If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value. Please note products returned or exchanged must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item. Exchanges are not available on Sex Toys and DVD's, except where the product is deemed faulty. The customer shall pay for all delivery charges.
